[OKRs Review] We are not adding GitLab because: 1. not developed right now 2. not a priority because not large enough to justify it.

Key results were kind of ill-defined: I think it that we probably completed ~75% of key results as they are defined, but it would make more sense at what percentage of GitHub did we download in the staging cluster.
