Seems there's an issue with the weekly behavior:

  1. It's supposed to be w13, but it redirects to the file with title w12
  2. Some navigation failed

By the way, here's my weekly title template: YYYY/[Weekly]/YYYY-[W]ww

Tried reproducing this but I don't see this issue.

From video seems that some notes have correct titles (the one for 9th week for example). Could you please provide more context

  • have you changed Start week on settings (and First week of year)?
  • do you remember how you created notes with wrong titles? from calendar view/navigation code block/command/autocreate option?
Generally plugin is not using note title to understand what date a note is connected to - it uses frontmatter properties, so if title was wrong once - it will stay so, on the other hand you are free to rename notes and it will not influence journal functionality.

As for navigation failures - I did not fully get it from video. Was it just not changing note sometime? Or navigating to wrong note?

BTW as I understand you have such complex date format to have folders structure. Though it works this way as well it has a downside that date related variables in template will have this complex string by default. I would advise to have
just YYYY-[W]ww, and for folder use variable with custom format, in your case it will look like {{date:YYYY}}/Weekly
