Added Grunt.js to the build process. This will help minimize the CSS and JS files whenever production deployment of files needs to be done. Added necessary dependecies to the package.json file as well as a ./Gruntfile.js, grunt_all.py and allapps.lst

The boilerplate is now configured with some default values in the '_config.yml' file instead of having to repeat this data all the time. Updates were done to the default home page as well.
