Add these Accessibility Features

• Add an SVG scroll progress bar on the top of the page for both PC and Phone
• Add Neuromorphic Navigation Buttons for Phone view. Use inspect tools to know what is the problem in the phone view while scrolling.

It is not mandatory to do all the stuffs then create a pull request. You can solve any number of above points and submit a pull request 👍 😊🤘

This project is not using bootstrap. And with the use of SVG with little JS(for scrolling) the thing can be easily achieved. @saif977
