Generate binary of ssb-fixtures?

this issue is related to the network simulator work mentioned in #5

it would be very nice if there could be releases of an executable binary of ssb-fixtures, in addition to the dataset release. the objective would be to

1. make execution faster, and
2. not require a node environment to generate own fixtures data

staltz and i talked about this briefly, and in the exchange he mentioned a 1-2 punch of noderify and nexe could potentially be run on the project to generate a binary.
