add another key as remote master

when a client authorized with the servers key then that means it's the same computer.
This works fine on your laptop, but when running scuttlebot on a remote server it means you need to ssh in. Instead, if you added a list of master keys in a configuration file, then you could add your laptop keys, or give out authorization to others also.
