JQuery plugin for interacting with GitHub api v3

OAuth flow implementation comes from Christopher Chedeau's work.
Here there is a test page to experiment with the plugin.
The proxy to the GitHub access token service for OAuth is implemented as a Java App Engine application. See the project github-oauth-token for details.
Test page makes use of the following third-party libraries:
jquery-base64 for base64 encoding and decoding from Carlo Zottmann.
