Iris - Message Passing and Asynchronous Toolkit for GLib
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Iris is a toolkit that facilitates writing reliable and efficient multithreaded
applications. It adds to GLib's low-level threading API, as well as providing
mid-level code for message passing and work scheduling and high level API to
manage and monitor asynchronous tasks and processes. It is released under the
GNU Library General Public License.
