Minimum height and width not set to image in IE 11

In IE, the image can be resized to less than 32px

In IE, the events(mousemove,mouseup) are not detected inside the resize plugin. So the code which restricts the resize below the minimum width/height is not executed. Hence the image can be resized to 0px
