Unknown system error -86 (Apple Silicon) #97

I see the following error when starting VS code. I assume it is because I'm running on Apple Silicon.

Error - 3:14:57 PM] Starting client failed
Error: spawn Unknown system error -86
    at ChildProcess.spawn (internal/child_process.js:403:11)
    at Object.spawn (child_process.js:570:9)
    at /Users/constinit/.vscode/extensions/stackbuild.bazel-stack-vscode-1.8.3/node_modules/vscode-languageclient/lib/node/main.js:383:40

I'm not familiar with VS code extension development, but I'm happy to help support Apple Silicon if someone points me in the right direction.
