Add More Fields to the App Entries for 3rd-Party Developers and End-Users

If this is going to mature into a global dapp store, it would be nice to have (as a third party developer):

• Different, standard sized icons (small, large, etc) instead of giant images that are used right now
• A "launch-link" to use when trying to launch the app (as opposed to the apps website - i.e. https://app.graphitedocs.com/ (launch-link) vs https:///graphitedocs.com (website))

It would also be nice to have a "version" and "developer" field, maybe even "developer website" to put on the entries as well for the end-user.

Another field that would be useful is to add whether or not an app is in the AppMining program, to be able to filter by those which meet the standards to do so. This would help browser developers and end-users who want to find apps that are active and compatible with the latest libraries/platforms.
