Summary:

There are a few code blocks that are not rendered in the online documentation.

Description:

Missing code blocks are present on the following pages:

These code blocks render correctly on Github and when building the documentation offline via sphinx-build. Seems like it might be an issue specific to readthedocs.

Most missing code blocks are ipython3 or do not have a language specified. python code blocks are rendered correctly.

code-block:: doesn't seem to render online when the language is not specified, but code:: does:
