Description

The CRAN package BH is about to go to 1.81.0, see eddelbuettel/bh#88

Example

Expected Output

We should bump to 1.81.0 once the CRAN BH package is released in January according to the current plan.

v4.5.0

since yesterday boost is bumped to 1.81.0 on CRAN... so bump boost in Stan-math would make a lot of sense now (ok, not that things are perfectly aligned wrt to Stan-math and rstan... still it would be nice)
