Finalize readme content

My only quibble would be to merge the readme with the speaker links/bios, but I wouldn’t fight hard if it was kept separated as is.

Ok, yeah merging them makes sense. I just added the bios directly to the readme. Look ok? If so, then I think we're pretty much ready to go, assuming I didn't write "prester" again instead of "presenter" anywhere
