Updating the version of fhirpath. This required a few changes to the existing code to deal with fhirpath syntax issues that the old version did not catch as well as adjusting some paths for correctness. Also removed the use of rewire in the tests, not sure why they were there to being with as they did not provide functionality that was not already available.
