PulseAudio is quite crashy on my Home Assistant installation (which is a bug by itself, because PulseAudio is typically robust). When that occurs, Almond goes down and then respawns with no sound support at all, which is quite bad. We should handle the lack of PulseAudio gracefully, then restore functionality when PulseAudio is back.
