Documentation file is hard to search

The PDF-file Green_Marl_language_specification_v_0_4_in_progress.pdf is almost unsearchable.
Say, I search for the word "Sequence" (case-sensitive). I got useless results (see screenshot):

(I use Adobe Reader 9.4.5.)

How do you convert your MS Word 2010 document to PDF?
Please, try doPDF virtual printer (free software). I believe, it could produce better result; but I'm not sure whether it preserves internal links or not...
