Add:

• New config option Chat-EnableBattleMessage to show battle notifications.
  Current events:
  Base attacking on unloaded factory (client),
  Hive attacking planet,
  Relay land on planet,
  Relay leave planet,
  Dark Fog seed departure.
• New navigate text link in chat:
  When chat is open, Ctrl + Alt + LeftClick on the planet can create a map ping in chatbox.
  When using command /list to show all players, there are navigate links to the target players.
  Left-click on the link can create a navigation line to the target position. Right-click on the link can let the camera track the target.

Fix:

• Fix critical error when client rebuild killed entities on remote planets
• Fix server PlayerMechaDataProcessor error when client leaves the game
• Fix error when client join from lobby with UIPlanetDetail open
• Resync techQueue if techQueueLength mismatch
