fix: changed wrong reference paths
validate.js wasn't working using current directory dot.
fix: removed references from error objects
Based on OpenRPC Specifications https://spec.open-rpc.org/#error-object seems that couldn't be right to reference an error object. I didn't see you can set a reference object to an error object.
