Working environment

• Windows 7, 10, 64bit
• MinGW-W64, for example, MinGW-W64 GCC v8.1.0 version x86_64-8.1.0-posix-seh-rt_v6-rev0 with POSIX thread and Structured Exception Handling (SEH) support from https://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/
• Anaconda3, with Python 3.7 from https://www.anaconda.com/distribution/#windows
• Visual Studio Code from https://code.visualstudio.com (after installation, add C++ and Python extensions)
• pybind11 (conda install pybind11)
