Improve coverage of enhanced for loops

There is not much discussion of enhanced for loops, what are sometimes called for-each loops. When they're introduced in the Arrays chapter, the terminology should be brought in line with official Java terminology.

A later discussion of them should be included in the Dynamic Data Structures chapter.
