[Bug Report] Identify task: Modifying create missing strategy UI option to change requires effort to show.

Describe the bug
The create missing column within the identify task cannot be edited without some extra steps.

To Reproduce
1 - Go to tasks, and click on the Identify... task.
2 - Click the pencil to edit the strategy for the performers, studio or tags (The ones that support create missing).
Result: No way to choose true/false for create missing column.
Expected result: Checkbox to enable/disable the create missing option.

Cause/Workaround:
When on the identify task dialog (step 1 above), we can see a pre-selected strategy. It'll show as Merge.
When clicking on the pencil to edit (step 2 above), no option is pre-selected in the radio buttons. Simply selecting merge again will cause the create missing checkbox to showup.

The same thing happens when adding a new source to the identify task.

Expected behavior
On the identify task: I'd expect to edit the strategy for a performer and have it show the field to enable/disable the create missing option.
