Describe the bug
when setting up stash the blobs folder is created in the working directory even if In the $HOME/.stash directory is selected

Expected behavior
the blobs folder should be next to the other files like config.yml and not next to the stash executable.

Stash Version: (from Settings -> About):
v0.21.0-79-g2bb04a62

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11
  • OS: Linux Ubuntu 22.04 in a VM on Windows
