[Bug Report] baseURL not used everywhere

Describe the bug

Stash ignores baseURL sometimes.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. go to a studio that has a parent studio
2. click on the parent studio link from the sub-studio page
3. get a 404 not found because stash ignores baseURL

stash goes to https://my.host.com/studios/XX, not https://my.host.com/stash/studios/XX.

Expected behavior

stash goes to parent studio
