[Bug Report] plugin's assets aren't served in properly

Describe the bug
When the images described in assets they are served as utf-8 text files instead of raw iamges.

To Reproduce
Use this

Also the docs for this is so poor and its very hard to understand, There is no folder structure, can't differentiate paths and links, like they are all just written in one line. Kindly update it too.

[WithoutPants]

This was addressed in #4597. This is partly due to the in-app documentation for the root entry being incorrect - it should be /: assets not root: assets. I have since amended the in-app manual - the stash docs should hopefully be amended soon.
