Description

With the new @xstate/inspect 0.4.0, the inspector it's not sending events to the state machine, only receiving them. The inspector is correctly updating if the state changes on the application but not when clicking on the statechart or when sending an event.

Expected Result

When clicking on the inspector events or the send events tab, the machine should update (as it did with inspect 0.3.0).

Actual Result

Nothing is changing. I don't see any console error neither, not sure how to check where is the error.

Additional context

Tested on Firefox, Chrome. Tried with xstate and @xstate/vue. The problem is not present with @xstate/inspect 0.3.0
