Tags property was missing; this makes the tags disappear in inspection visualization of an inspected Machine

The "tags" property was missing in StateNode prototype definition.
As calling "stringify(machine)" invokes the toJSON method, the resulting JSON has not the "tags" property defined.
As result, a machine visualized through @xstate/inspect has all its states's tags missing.
