Statistical Shape Models created with statismo can easily be visualized using the Scalismo Viewer.

The viewer is a standalone application written in Scala, and should run on any JRE >= Java 6, on Linux (32/64 bit), Windows (32/64 bit), and MacOS (>= 10.7, 64 bit).

To start the program, issue "java -jar scalismo-ui.jar". (On Windows, you should also be able to double-click the jar file).

To open a statistical shape model right-click on the "default" group in the tree at the left side. (There are various other options available by right-clicking nodes in that tree...).

Feel free to experiment with the various features of the program, but please note that this program is still under development, so you may encounter a few glitches here and there. Feedback and bug reports are welcome!
