1.0 of Tripal Headquarters (HQ) provides:

  • An administrative layer between end users and Chado, allowing users to submit Chado content that must be approved by admins before it enters the Chado database
  • Chado-level permissions, allowing you to "deputize" users to be in charge of specific organism-related content in Chado
  • Email notifications for tripal_HQ events
