[BUG] Help menu - pingstat.com URL

Theres a pretty stupid misconfiguration on the DNS zone

To reproduce:

• Login into statping-ng
• Goto Help
• Scroll down to the buttom
• Click on the Pingstat.com Link

You will get:

1. a invalid SSL
2. forwarding me to chocolate.gg

A pretty, not beautiful view on a wordpress template without anything changed on it :S

uhh yeah, we don't control https://statping.com/ but also haven't bothered registering a new domain for statping-ng (it just doesn't seem worth it)

a bunch of other things in that footer also point to old or unavailable services - we should probably replace those (new docker image, maybe a link to this repo, remove broken website/demo/api links)
