FAQ-D: terminology/spelling heteroscedastic versus heteroskedastic #3691

"heteroscedastic" wins (so far)

We should standardize the spelling because it makes a search for the word easier.

(A while ago a read a blog post or something similar, usage is unclear, heteroscedastic is more American)
