[WIP] change style and add gulp

Description

• This PR add gulp and change .styl to .scss structure.
• Both Projects and Community popups have been replicated from status.
• The old style classes used in Community popup and in other components can be deleted.

Checklist

• Remove all unnecessary styles and javascript.
• Change all .styl files to .scss files.
• Use the same gulpfile as in that status.im to make sure all scss, js, and images are minified.
• Replicate the Projects popup from the main menu as it is on status.im
• Update the README to reflect the gulp changes.

Hi @andytudhope,
Thank you very much for the fast response and for all support that you gave me.
It should be remain some scss classes that could be deleted i think, like general-menu-popup.
Let me know if i have to do some other fixes.
