Scrolling issues on the 'Max priority fee' bottom sheet

Bug Report

Problem

ISSUE 1

If open the Network fee bottom sheet and scroll it down the Save button will be stuck to the bottom of the screen.
The issue is reproduced on 50% of test devices. Could reproduce on iPhone SE, Pixel 2, Galaxy S8.

Margin below the 'Save' button

Reproduction

1. Open Wallet
2. Open Send transaction dialog
3. Enter amount and choose receiver
4. Tap Next > Tap Network fee
5. Scroll down

ISSUE 2

If you open the keyboard on the Network fee bottom sheet by setting focus on some field, then it will be impossible to scroll the screen to the very top. Some information will be hidden.
The issue is reproducible on Android devices only.
