Steps:

  1. Go to "Send Assets" page
  2. Enter or paste a value that exceeds the user's balance.

Actual result:

No ability to paste/enter a value that exceeds the user's balance

Expected result:

Numbers (shown as red) should be validated if what is entered/pasted exceeds the user's balance:
