pfs database not encrypted on iOS #7226

Investigation has shown that the database files for PFS are not encrypted on IOS (mac/linux/android has been verified to be encrypted).

Win needs to be also tested.

Expected:
DB files on IOS are encrypted
Actual:
DB files on IOS are not encrypted
