It is good practice to double check what is being done before submitting the latest step.

Right now the transaction detail are still there but are hidden behind the Password pop-up, See :

Ps : I was having problem with my password and inadvertently entered my password as the memo linking it to my poloniex account. (not smart)

Not sure when I will get back my SBD but this could have been much worst.
