account history problem

As you may know, https://steemd.com sometimes show only from several hours past data, sometimes more than 8 hours past data.

It seems the same when I call account reverse history api

How to get recent history more reliably? a few minute past data is fine, but more than hours is too much.

I'm mainly using api.steemit.com

Should I use different servers?

We are testing different configurations to get the old account history plugin running on MIRA in plans to retire the rocksdb backed account history. While we aren't going to fix the described problem, per se, we do have a solution that will resolve the behavior you are observing.
