Instead of refusing post reward, automatic burning option

Would this make any sense? Could this be gamed?

Burning reward instead of refusing them this would encourage people to vote for a post if people get their curation rewards and still allow the post to have more visibility.

This is just a small idea.

That is incorrect. Refused payouts are returned to the reward fund to be reallocated.

I think this is a great idea. Everything that decreases the amount of liquid steem is good for the price of steem.

I believe it has been pointed out that this can be implemented with the HF17 reward sharing feature by setting null as reward recipient.
