cli_wallet won't reconnect closed connection

After loosing connection with server, cli_wallet won't reconnect:

10 assert_exception: Assert Exception
!ec: websocket send failed: invalid state
    {"msg":"invalid state"}
    th_a  websocket.cpp:164 send_message

so user is forced to: close current instance, start again, unlock, retype command
