This PR addresses a few tickets.

  1. Not found accounts now render our standard 404 page. (example: http://steemit.com/@nothinghere
  2. 404 page has been completed revamped(screenshot attached).
  • Improved navigation.
  • Improved UI (Match feel of our site).
  • Improved verbiage more friendly for end users.

Hmm... trying to open /@nothinghere took me 60 seconds, probably this is steemd issue
