Welcoming Department Management App

Purpose

The purpose of this web application is to centralize the volunteering schedule from the welcoming department at Betel Centru. We want to make it easier for both volunteers and department leaders to organize the team that volunteers each Sunday at church.

App outline

The welcoming department is growing each year, there's more people to organize into different roles and positions each year. People want to register for volunteering in the week prior to the event.

Users of the app (volunteers) need to have quick access at the option to enroll in the team for the next Sunday. Once they enroll, they will appear in the team builder section available to the leader. He will be able to easily organize the team each week, consisting only of the enrolled volunteers.

Volunteers will also have a nice preview of their volunteering history displayed on their profile page. The team leader however will have access to more details statistics from which he can better understand the team dynamic.
