@stefvanbuuren I'm not sure why my recompile via
devtools::install("mice")changed so many files; but this commit adds anextract_imputationsmethod and associated tests to extract the imputations from amids-classobject.Code comes from my forthcoming paper on
imputeMultipackage in the Journal of Statistical Software.I added myself as a
ctbin the description file; but not sure if this is or isn't appropriate. Please advise.
