I can't seem to find a format-output option in easy-search that prints the number of match states in the alignment. This is more useful than alnlen coverage when deciding whether a protein can be a useful template for comparative modelling. I've resorted to counting the M states in the cigar output, which makes the output files rather big, but am I missing a better/simpler option?
