PURPOSE
A Perl wrapper around libRadtran (version of choice) that simplifies
configuration and operation of libRadtran when doing experiments. It can
be used to perform simulations for a specific location and time period and
supports aggregation of output in files suitable for further processing in
e.g. Matlab, R or similar.
