What problem does your feature solve?

Polaris does not implement any banking rails, which is different for every anchor. Therefore we need to implement an interface for developers to use to integrate their banking rails in order for this to be used without forking the source code.

What would you like to see?

A clear set of classes/functions that provide developers the structure needed to integrate their banking rails with Polaris.
