What problem does your feature solve?

Some users of Polaris want to be able to add additional fields to the forms we use during deposit and withdraw flows, but right now developers must fork the source code in order to extend the form.

What would you like to see?

A clear interface for extending or replacing the forms used in the deposit and withdraw flows.
