Print a notice in federation server if port is equal 443 but no certificate files have been specified #36

In #33 user mistakenly entered certificate_file instead of certificate-file in federation server config file. We should probably print a notice to the log if the port is equal to 443 but no certificate files have been specified.

Or a big warning when there are unknown config parameters.
