starting a persistant container

I meet some questions when starting a persistant container.
i check logs .
1 stellar-core-stdout
could not connect to server: Connection refused
Is the server running on host "localhost" (127.0.0.1) and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
2.stellar-core-stderr

3.postgresql-stderr

i don't know how to starting a persistant container correctly
