Hi @PantelisElinas , the pull request for #38 also contains the pytest framework I've setup for our repository - since we want to cover the code for this ticket with unit tests too, I think the best way to close this ticket would be:

  1. Review and merge Adapt the initial library skeleton to include Kevin's initial GraphSAGE workflow #38
  2. Add unit tests for the epgm/splitter/random walk, etc code.
