Correct problem with Google Translate Translation memory suggestions

If suggestions are off, I want to know it.
When translating already translated units suggestions are disabled, and user need to repeatedly press F9. In most of the situations user don't need suggestions for translated units that are already translated. But if .po file is 100% translated, and 30% of translations are rubbish content, that means 30% of clicking key F9, which is a bit of hand. I'll mail this idea to translate-devel@lists.sourceforge.net later, now need to get the job done. :)
I don't know why, but Google suggestions does not work as they should.
